We also offer a Beginner group class for those who are beginners to Reformer but not beginners to Pilates.

Tower or Combo Group Classes

Tower classes challenge the body in a different way to reformer classes as the platform is not moving and the springs work independently of each other. If you are a reformer client, give this a try to open up a whole new perspective.
A combo class combines Tower and Wunda chair, for a powerful mind body experience.

Online Mat Classes

These classes are multilevel, but not recommended for total beginners, and definitely not if there are injuries, as they are not gentle in their nature.

Private Session

Private one-on-one Pilates sessions address your personal needs. You receive full one to one attention to assess your needs and ensure your continued progress.

Duet Session

If you want to come along with your partner, child, parent or friend to share a session together, please book a duet session, so that you share with someone you know.  Booking it this way is cheaper than each buying a semi-private session, so is perfect for couples who want to come together.

Semi-Private Session

Offering the next best thing to a private session. The structure of the class and the equipment used, mirror a private session but you share the instructor with one other person.

Founded in Wimbledon in 2012, The Pilates Clinic is one of South West London's most established and clinically grounded Pilates studios. Led by Lisa Lamberti, a BASI-certified instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience, our team specialises in both rehabilitation and performance, working with clients across Wimbledon, Merton, Raynes Park, and the wider SW19 area. Whether you are recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, or simply looking to move better and feel stronger, we offer the guidance, expertise and equipment to support you.

Our Pilates studio in Wimbledon offers reformer group classes, semi-private sessions, private one-to-one appointments, and online mat classes, giving you a flexible way to practise Pilates that fits around your life. All of our instructors are BASI-trained and experienced in working with a wide range of clinical conditions, including scoliosis, osteoporosis, hypermobility, disc injuries, MS, Parkinson's, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Unlike large group fitness studios, we keep our class sizes small and our instruction personal. If you are new to Pilates or returning after a break, we will always point you toward the right starting point and support your progress from there.
