Reformer Group Classes
Aimed at those who already have a base level understanding of Pilates and who are looking for something a little more challenging.
We also offer a Beginner group class for those who are beginners to Reformer but not beginners to Pilates.
Who it's for: You already know some Pilates and want more challenge. New to the reformer but not to Pilates? Start with the Beginner class.
Tower or Combo Group Classes
Tower classes challenge the body in a different way to reformer classes as the platform is not moving and the springs work independently of each other. If you are a reformer client, give this a try to open up a whole new perspective.
A combo class combines Tower and Wunda chair, for a powerful mind body experience.
Who it's for: Reformer clients who want to open up a whole new perspective on their practice.
