As a new customer you need to do two initial private sessions, or, if you have done Pilates before and have no injuries you can start with Beginner group classes.

Reformer Group Classes
Group reformer classes are aimed at those who already have a base level understanding of Pilates and who are looking for something a little more challenging, with a cardiovascular element to the sessions.
We also offer a Beginner group class for those who are complete beginners!
Ideal for a trial or infrequent visits. Perfect to get a feel for the class. Price going to £30 from 1st Jan.

Semi-private Sessions
Semi-private Pilates sessions offer the next best thing to a private session. The structure of the class and the equipment used, mirror a private session but you share the instructor with one other person.
With these it is all benefit to you the customer as you don’t have to provide the sharer, unlike any other studio, the onus is on us to fill that space, and we will not cancel you if you are the only one booked, you will just get a private session for the price of a semi private.
New customers are required to have two private sessions for assessment purposes.

Duet Sessions
If you want to come along with your partner, child, parent or friend to share a session together, please book a duet session, so that you share with someone you know. Booking it this way is cheaper than each buying a semi private so is perfect for couples/families/friends who want to come together.

Private Sessions
Private one-on-one Pilates sessions address your personal needs (eg, are you an athlete, dancer or pregnant? Do you have a particular body type, or injury? etc). You receive full one to one attention to assess your needs and ensure your continued progress.
Ideal for personalized, one-on-one Pilates guidance, tailored to individual needs. Price going to £82 from 1st Jan.

Best for committed individuals looking for in-depth, consistent personal training. Price going to £770 from 1st Jan.
Online Mat Classes
These classes are multilevel, but not recommended for total beginners, and definitely not if there are injuries, as they are not gentle in their nature.
Perfect for those seeking flexibility or wanting to try out an online mat class. Price going to £18 from 1st Jan.
Ideal for regular online attendees, maintaining consistency in practice with no additional savings but the convenience of a session package. Price going to £170 from 1st Jan (with an option to pay £150 for a 3 mnth expiry)
