Welcome to our Pilates Videos

This is a project that has been growing conceptually and in practice for many years now, and is finally finding its space in the ether! It has always been my solid belief (and experience) that everybody will see results from a minimum of 10 minutes, every day. Finding motivation, space and time for 10 quality minutes is feasible for most of us, and once we start seeing the benefits, a lifestyle is created!

This is in no way meant to be a substitute for your supervised classes with an experienced teacher to guide you, this is meant to be your ‘filler’ for the days that you have no formal scheduled sessions of exercise. These are for your workouts when you are away on holiday. These are for you to request personalised workouts for specific issues you are dealing with.

The first 6 clips can be done in sequence to form a full hour class if you have the time to do that. They are my first ones, so I am sure they will improve as I go along, but do give me feedback as to what works and what doesn’t.

To start with I have some clips that give you some explanation about what to listen for and what certain cues mean so that when you start doing the clips, you will understand what I mean and you won’t hurt yourself. Please note that Pilates needs to be done carefully and with caution so as not to get injured. If you are unsure of anything, please clarify and ask me by email first.
