More Info

Samantha (Sami) brings a precise, technique-led approach to Pilates, shaped by over two decades of experience across movement, training and wellbeing. She began her career in the early 2000s, training in STOTT Pilates Matwork alongside her work as a Personal Trainer. More recently, she completed her comprehensive training with BASI Pilates, further refining her commitment to intelligent movement and high teaching standards. Her teaching is informed by a long-standing connection to movement, alongside a professional background that spans both the fitness industry and a 15-year corporate career in HR and Business Development. She holds an MBA and brings a strong understanding of how people learn and create lasting change—something that underpins her clear, individualised teaching style. Alongside her Pilates work, Samantha is a qualified Nutritional Therapist, having completed a three-year diploma at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, with further training in trauma-informed coaching, behavioural approaches to eating disorders, NLP and personal training. She works with clients across a range of goals and life stages, bringing an evidence-based approach that combines strength, alignment and education to help clients move with greater efficiency, resilience and confidence. Her aim is to help each client build strength, awareness and a deeper understanding of their body—so they can move well and feel well, both in and beyond the studio. We are so lucky to have Sami with the experience and energy she brings to the studio.
