We have been delivering excellent Pilates since 2000, and as we know, experience matters. Our first studio opened in Southfields in 2002, and we moved to Wimbledon in 2012. We were the first to offer group reformer in the area. We are a BASI Pilates teacher training Centre and Lisa Lamberti, the owner, is a faculty member for BASI Pilates and has trained several other faculty members. At the Pilates Clinic we take rehabilitation seriously, especially considering every person has some level of rehab need, or some movement habit that needs improving.
We have many success stories and it has been a joy to watch so many people move away from a life of pain, finding freedom and joy in movement again. This doesn't happen from random or wild exercise routines. This comes with intelligent, thoughtful exercise choices for each person.
